What is photolithography?
Our technologies employ photoengraving processes to expose the surfaces of substrates coated with photoresist (a light-sensitive resin), creating a pattern.
Photo Etching division
By combining photolithography technology with wet etching, which uses the chemical corrosive effects of metals, we conduct precision work on various metallic ingredients.
Photomask division
Using photolithography technology, we provide original plates that shape intricate patterns to be transferred to semiconductor devices or for the manufacturing of flat panel displays.
Circuit board division
Using photolithography technology with screen printing (thick films) and PVD (thin films) technologies, we provide circuit boards for use in communications devices, industrial instruments and more.
Metal Crafts division
Using photo etching technologies, we produce various goods not for industrial use, for example bookmarks, clips, magnets, etc.
