- Photomask division
A photomask is a mold that draws intricate patterns on objects through photolithography
by forming a pattern on the opaque coating of a glass plate or film.
Demand for photolithography is on the rise, as it is employed in a variety of fields such as flat panel displays, various electronic components and microdevices (primarily semiconductors).
Based on over two decaded of experience in the industry, we have been providing technical innovations in the manufacturing of photomasks, which comprise the core of photolithography.
We will continue to provide customers with high precision, high quality photomasks using the latest manufacturing and testing equipment.
